2nd Annual Frog Giggin’ Derby

The 2nd Annual Frog Giggin’ Derby presented by Turnbull Outdoors, was a hoppin’ success in Cheatham County with 18 competitive teams hitting the water.

Team Chapman dominated the night, taking home 1st place with an impressive 9 pounds 1 ounce of frogs and also claiming the Big Frog title with a .15-ounce catch. Their double win earned them a total of $1,080—$900 for the top spot and $180 for the biggest frog. 

Team Liles followed in 2nd place with 7 pounds 1 ounce, while Team Buttrey secured 3rd with a solid 5 pounds 13 ounces. 

The derby brought out great sportsmanship, community spirit, and a whole lot of frog-giggin’ fun.
